Returns and Shipping
We always want to make sure you're happy with your box of Mana Cold Brew so, if you have purchased online and are unhappy with your product (at any time and for any reason), we'll give you a full refund or send you another box free of charge, your choice. We'll ask you why you're unhappy but only so we can be better in the future!
To ask for a refund or a replacement box, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the issue you had and whether you would like another box or your money back, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Sometimes you change your mind or simply can't wait for delivery and need to get your box of Mana from your nearest stockist! No probs, you can cancel your online order at any time prior to it being fulfilled. Just drop us an email at email@example.com including your order number and we’ll cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
If we have already fulfilled or shipped your order, we're unfortunately unable to cancel it. Give it to a bestie!
We currently ship to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, Australia. We're hoping to get to the remaining states soon and will one day look to venture overseas!

Cost of shipping
Our couriers charge us for the size and weight of our parcels so we charge a flat fee of $5 (inc GST) per box. Boxes ordered together will ship together.
Tracking and lost deliveries
We use Sendle as a courier service and you will receive a tracking number when your order is fulfilled through our website. You can use that tracking number through the Sendle tracking site to track your delivery.
If something happens with your order and your box of Mana doesn’t arrive, don't panic! Simply let us knnow via email and we’ll follow it up with Sendle or make sure we get another box out to you ASAP.
